What sizes are the towels?

All our towels are all one size. 180cm x 90cm (approx. 71 by 35 inches). We don’t like it when we see towels out there pretending to be big. Our towels are the perfect size for the whole you.

What is the weight of the towel?

The towel on its own weighs 340 grams (12oz) and the carry bag is 35 grams (1.2oz). Our travel towels are designed to be lightweight and compact for life on-the-go and make for the perfect accessory for backpacking, camping, hiking, and any travel trip.

What material is the towel made from?

All our towels are made from recycled polyester, with 100% of the material sourced from post consumer plastics which otherwise would have ended up in landfills (or worse!). Our recycled material is certified by the Global Recycled Standard.

How do I wash my recycled travel towel?

For the first few times we recommend hand washing towels separately in cold water with detergent. After that, you can wash the towel in cold water with similar colours.


Will I have to pay customs and duties taxes?

All UK purchases include any duties paid. If you purchase from outside of the UK, you, the buyer, are responsible for all customs & duties associated within your own country. For detailed information, we recommend contacting your local customs office or reading our shipping page.

What are your delivery times?

Our standard shipping is 2-4 days. We do have an express shipping available that guarantees next day delivery if ordered before 1pm.

How much will shipping cost?

Standard UK shipping for orders below £50 is £3.79.
Express shipping is available at £5.95.
EU and International shipping is calculated on checkout.

Can you provide worldwide shipping?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide!

My order has arrived damaged or faulty?

For damaged or faulty items please email us at in order for our returns team to arrange for the damaged/faulty goods to be repaired or replaced ASAP.

The item must be in new and unused condition. We will assess the fault upon return and reserve the right to repair or replace. If the item is no longer in stock, an alternative style of equal value may be requested or a full refund will be issued.
